Community Yoga

Join Jessica for a free, virtual yoga class every Friday morning during the Fall 2020 semester.
Yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, balance, and flexibility; manage stress and anxiety; and cultivate mindful intention in your everyday life. The yoga practice will be designed for all levels, from newcomers to experienced practitioners, with a particular emphasis on anatomically correct alignment and foundational postures.
Friends, family, and partners are all welcome to join.
All you need is an electronic device to join the Zoom session, a yoga mat, and some space!
