DCC Community Yoga: Vinyasa Flow

Join Jessica for a free, 90-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class every Thursday evening during the Spring 2020 semester.
Yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, balance, and flexibility; manage stress and anxiety; and cultivate mindful intention in your everyday life. On Thursdays, the yoga practice will be designed for all levels, from newcomers to experienced practitioners, with a particular emphasis on flowing through vinyasa-style sequences with the breath.
Please:
- bring a yoga mat, water, and any props (yoga blocks, strap, towel) if you have them
- dress in a way that will allow you to move comfortably; athletic attire is best.
- be prepared to remove your socks! Yoga is traditionally practiced in bare feet.
A very limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow; first come, first served!
