DCC Community Yoga

To kickstart finals season on a strong and healthy note, Jessica (RYT-200) will be leading a free, DCC Community Yoga practice. Yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, balance, and flexibility; manage stress and anxiety; and cultivate mindful intention in your everyday life. The yoga practice will be designed for all levels, from newcomers to experienced practitioners, and aim to ground you in confidence and compassion as you head toward finals. Please:
- bring a yoga mat, water, and any props (yoga blocks, strap, towel) if you have them
- dress in a way that will allow you to move comfortably; athletic attire is best.
A very limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow; first come, first served!
