Design Camp: Livecoding with Caroline (Day 1)

This two-day Design Camp (October 14 + 15, 5-6:30pm) is hosted by Caroline D., of DCC’s Mu class. Caroline specializes in VJing and DJing with code and has returned to Prince Frederick with an even more robust skillset after graduating early from the University of Maryland.

Of livecoding, Caroline says it is “an application of creative technology built on open source and electronic music subcultures.” She aims to inspire current DCC students to engage with the local DMV music scene and attend an upcoming Arts For All-funded livecoding event in Washington, DC, in November 2024.

Current DCC students who complete this Design Camp (both days) will receive 200 points in the annual DCC First Family contest. RSVP is required and space is limited.
