Online Workshop: Gentle Yoga

As part of DCC Community Yoga, Jessica will be offering a special Gentle Yoga workshop via Zoom.

Gentle Yoga is a fantastic way to calm the mind, steady your breathing, ease situational anxiety, increase flexibility, and support injury recovery and rehabilitation. For those of you who have been practicing yoga, a gentle practice can help you slow things down and pay closer attention to your body’s needs. Gentle Yoga is particularly good for newcomers, too, who are curious about learning yoga in a supportive, slower-paced environment. As always, DCC Yoga events are free and open to all DCC community members—past, present, and future students, as well as family and friends. All you need is an exercise mat and a little space free of clutter.
