DCC Community Yoga (Virtual)

For Fall 2021, Community Yoga continues in-person on Tuesday evenings, from 6-7:15pm ET, and virtually via Zoom on Friday mornings, from 10-11am ET.

Whether you’ve been practicing consistently or are looking just to drop in for an hour of peace, don’t hesitate to join us! While we have built a wonderful, steadily growing yoga community over the past year, this is a great opportunity for newcomers to kick off a brand new year, or for those of you who have been hesitant to begin a yoga practice. Explore how the mindful movement of your body can release tension, build strength, improve flexibility, and encourage patience.

For Tuesday evening in-person sessions, all yogis are required to wear masks during the duration of the practice. A capacity limit of 10 attendees will be enforced on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Friday morning virtual practices, all current, former, and future DCC students are welcome, along with family, friends, and colleagues. Current students can find Zoom information in the weekly Monday newsletter; former and future DCC students can email Jessica, DCC Associate Director, for information (jlu04@umd.edu).
