Community Yoga

For Spring 2021, Community Yoga continues virtually via Zoom on Tuesday evenings, from 6-7:15pm ET, and on Friday mornings, 10-11am ET.

Whether you’ve been practicing consistently or are looking just to drop in for an hour of peace, don’t hesitate to join us! While we have built a wonderful, steadily growing yoga community over the past year, this is a great opportunity for newcomers to kick off a brand new year, or for those of you who have been hesitant to begin a yoga practice. From the comfort of your own home, with no one watching you, you can begin to explore how the mindful movement of your body can release tension, build strength, improve flexibility, and encourage patience. To prepare, all you need is an exercise mat and a little space!
