Anika Sehne, "Cooking to Overcome Bias"

Cooking to Overcome Bias is an international recipe book. It has a simple exterior but contains a goal of great magnitude: lessen the bias of Americans through food. The recipe book has a homemade feel since all of the recipes are from people that I personally know. Alongside the recipes are short facts about the country from which the food hailsandthe food itself. Through the knowledge that the recipe book delivers, as well as yummy meals that can come out of it, people who use the book will slowly decrease their bias, if they have any, concerning the culture of the food.
